Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience or special equipment?
No experience is needed! Just wear comfortable clothes (like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms). We train barefoot.
Is the class suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our beginners course is open to adults and children aged 8+.
Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all. The course is designed for all fitness levels and will help you improve at your own pace.
