Grading with Sensei Glyn Morgan and Sensei Eddie Broomes
Join us for an exclusive grading event led by Sensei Glyn Morgan 5th Dan JKA and Sensei Eddie Broomes 5th Dan JKA. The day will start with dedicated training sessions tailored specifically for senior belts, followed by combined training sessions focusing on kihon (basics) and kata to help refine your technique ahead of grading.
This event offers valuable instruction and practice opportunities, whether you're preparing to grade or simply looking to enhance your karate skills.

Join us for the essential JKA England National Course—an important opportunity for all karate students to deepen their training. This event is especially beneficial for brown belts preparing for Shodan grading and for black belts seeking the latest insights in kata and technique. Participation is exclusively for JKA members.
Karate practitioners of all levels, including kyu grades, are warmly welcome. Regular breaks will be provided, and younger participants may leave during these breaks if necessary.
Grading Information
Grading fees and dan registration fees (upon passing) must be paid in cash on the day.
Pre-registration is required—please speak with your Chief Instructor or email technical@jka-england.org.
Course attendance is mandatory if you plan to grade.
Eligibility Requirements
Shodan or Nidan: Must have attended at least one other JKA international, national, or regional course within the last year.
Sandan: Attendance required at all three days of a JKA England international course within the previous year.

Join us for JKA England’s highly anticipated International Winter Course—three days of intensive traditional Shotokan training with internationally recognised instructors, including dan grading opportunities. All karate practitioners are warmly invited, whether you're a JKA member, non-member, kyu grade, or dan grade.
Schedule
Day 1: Training from 5pm to 8pm
Day 2: Training from 10am to 1pm, followed by Kyu grading and coaching assessments at 1pm (with instructor approval)
Day 3: Training from 10am to 1pm; Dan grading (1st to 5th Dan) at 2pm
Grading Information
Grading and dan registration fees must be paid in cash on the day.

Attendance at the training course is required if you intend to grade.
